Brochures highlight your product or service and your unique sales proposition. We offer a variety of sizes from letter-size trifolds to legal size double parallel folds to 11x17 foldovers. Custom sizes are also available. We can also guide you on designing your brochure for hand distribution or direct mail.
A business card is like a “handshake.” When you hand out business cards you’re providing a glimpse of what you and your brand are all about. A poorly printed card makes a very poor impression, just like a limp handshake. Consider using 16 pt. silk laminate stock for your cards. They are extra-thick and finished with a smooth silk-like coating.
Whatever you need to mail, we have you covered with the postal service. We know how to create layouts that qualify for bulk rate and we’ll make sure your piece meets specifications. Best of all, you don’t have to deal with the post office or create a bulk mail account. We’ll handle everything from start to finish.
Make a great first impression by handing clients your collateral materials in a custom folder. Folders organize your materials, reinforce your brand, and create an impression of professionalism. We offer a variety of sizes and coatings, and even embossed covers for a truly unique effect. Interiors are available with one or two pockets and a die-cut slot for business cards.
NCR (No Carbon Required) forms are sheets of paper that don’t require carbon paper to make duplicates. If you use forms that need to be sent to different departments, NCR is the industry standard for making crisp, clear copies. Sets are available in two to four parts. Consecutive numbering is also available.
Labels are available in rolls, sheets, or individual cut-to-size, and can be die-cut in just about any shape: square, oval, rounded corners, hearts, triangles, and more. White sticker paper works great indoors and can be left uncoated so your salespeople can write on it. For outdoor use, we offer plastic or vinyl substrates with a UV-resistant gloss.
Even in our digital age, your business still needs professional mailing materials. We offer the highest quality letterheads, envelopes, and business cards in your choice of papers and finishes. Consider using silk laminate stock for business cards. These cards are printed on extra-thick 16 pt. cardstock and are finished with a smooth silk-like coating. They make a powerful statement and are not significantly more expensive than standard 14 pt. cards.
If a picture is worth a thousand words, it’s no wonder that magazines and catalogs are popular marketing tools. Consumers are drawn to well-crafted, colorful graphics and compelling visuals. While many magazines and catalogs are finished to 8.5" x 11", that’s not your only option. Catalogs also work well in half-size (5.5" x 8.5"), particularly if you are only offering a limited number of products. We can digitally print as few as 100 magazines or catalogs at a very competitive price.
Postcards are an easy, inexpensive way to reach your target market. They work well for generating leads, announcing specials, distributing coupons, and promoting new products. And postcards are not limited to 4" x 6". Jumbo postcards (6" x 11") stand out in the mailbox and deliver your message quickly because the recipient doesn’t need to open an envelope. We offer a wide variety of paper thicknesses and finishes (including silk laminate) for maximum impact.
Rack cards are great for reaching infrequent customers. Hotels, convenience stores, and rest areas often display rack cards for local businesses: restaurants, auto repairs, medical assistance, hair salons, gift shops, museums and galleries, and more. Standard rack cards are 4" x 9" and work best with bold, colorful graphics on the front. Your phone number and location (preferably with a small map) should be prominently displayed on the reverse. Consider including a coupon for a discount or free gift as a way of tracking effectiveness.
While menus are the most common printed item in a restaurant, don’t forget about door hangers, postcards, flyers, table tents, and other collateral materials. Dine-in menus should be printed on high-quality paper and finished with a varnish or laminate for protection. Takeout menus should be printed on at least an 80# paper stock and displayed near the cash register or exit. If you offer delivery, include a takeout menu with every order. Some restaurants also offer pocket menus that fold down to 4" x 2.5". These are helpful if you serve a mobile “grab and go” lunch crowd.
